Piano Bar Entertainer needed.

The Piano Bar Entertainer delivers high-energy, engaging performances by creating a highly interactive show incorporating sing-alongs, games, and other bar-themed activities. The Piano Bar Entertainer position consists of a dynamic entertainer who is proficient as a singing pianist. The Piano Bar Entertainer may incorporate props, costumes, and even electronic effects to enhance their performances. The Piano Bar Entertainer plays a vital role in promoting and maintaining bar sales and promotions and as a result this is a tipping position. The Piano Bar Entertainer covers a wide range of pop music from the 60s through today while also covering the piano bar standards and other sing-along favourites.

Requirements:

• Advanced entertainer skills with musical proficiency as a vocalist and pianist.
• Highly engaging personality with a great sense of humor.
• Ability to create and maintain dynamic and interactive performances using sing-alongs, props, games, and other bar-themed activities.
• Ability to enhance performances with the support electronic devices (optional).
• Ability to accommodate and learn guest song requests.
• Repertoire of at least 250 American popular music songs from the 1960’s through today. 
• Additional repertoire consisting of classic piano bar songs and sing-alongs.

Due to health and safety the following is required.

• A BMI (Body Mass Index) of under 30.
• An approved pre employment medical exam, including drug test. (This is completed on confirmation of a position).
• Respect for rules on board regarding zero tolerance policies. 
• Zero Tolerance Policies include Guest Fraternization, Theft, Drug Use, Alcohol Abuse, Harassment, Fighting, and Tampering with Safety Equipment.
• Where applicable, a C1/D visa and Police Background check may be required.
